Frequently asked questions
What we are asked most
How long does a try-on take on Cabine ONE?
Fifteen seconds between approaching the totem and the chosen look; at twenty-five seconds, the visitor sees themselves wearing it in motion, in real time. They can then get their 4K photo by QR code. The whole thing takes under a minute.
How does Cabine ONE choose the look?
As a stylist would: from the photo, it takes into account the visitor's body shape, proportions and skin tone, their answer to your brand question and your style universes, then composes the most compatible look from your collections.
Do I need staff to run the totem?
No. The totem starts as someone approaches, is driven by a gesture and is remotely supervised. One hour of training at installation is enough for your team.
What happens to visitors' photos?
The photo is only used to generate the try-on and is deleted immediately afterwards. If shared, after explicit consent, the look is available through an anonymous link for ten days, then deleted. No sign-up, no personal data.
What are the requirements to install Cabine ONE?
An indoor spot with 1.5 to 2 m of clear space in front of the totem, a 230 V socket and a Wi-Fi or wired internet connection. Pallet delivery, installation and training are included in mainland France.
When are the first totems delivered?
First installations are planned for December 2026, then batch by batch. Payment is made in three steps: 40 % at signature, 40 % at production start, 20 % at installation. European launch in 2027.
Does online try-on work on my platform?
Yes on Shopify (app) and PrestaShop (module). For any other site or app, the REST API allows a custom integration, which our team can carry out.
Can I use Cabine.ai online and Cabine ONE together?
It is even recommended. Both subscriptions are independent and can be combined, and one Cabine.ai workspace gathers your collections, looks, brand question and web + store analytics.
