Is The Trial plan really commitment-free?
Yes. 30 try-ons included on sign-up, no credit card required, no auto-renewal. You can test the PrestaShop integration on your real store (Shopify and WooCommerce available May 2026) and switch to a paid plan only if you wish. Generated try-ons retain a « powered by Cabine.ai » watermark — removed starting from The Showcase.
Are unused credits carried over?
Monthly credits included in your plan don't roll over (monthly cycles). However, the bonus try-on packs you purchase on demand remain valid as long as your subscription is active — our guarantee that no purchased credit is ever lost. This mechanism keeps the unit price low and readable: €0.40 excl. VAT per bonus try-on on The House.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
No blocking and no automatic overage. If you exceed your quota, you purchase bonus try-on packs on demand at an attractive unit rate — €0.75 on The Showcase, €0.50 on The Boutique, €0.40 on The House. You receive an alert at 80% and 100% of the plan to anticipate, but you decide when and how many try-ons to add. Nothing is ever billed without your explicit confirmation.
What is the minimum commitment?
No commitment. All plans are monthly, cancellation by simple notice from your dashboard. No penalty, no disguised duration clause.
How to change tier mid-year?
Tier up: immediate effect, prorated on the current cycle. Tier down: effective next cycle. We always accompany the decision with a quantified reading of your actual usage.
Is there a commission on generated revenue?
No. Cabine doesn't take anything from your sales. You pay for the try-on, never for the order. No basket commission, no revenue commission, no hidden overage. This transparency is a contractual promise.
